Living History Days: A Chautauqua with Mark Twain & Friends

September 21 @ 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Building on a 19th-century tradition, the Madison County Historical Society Chautauqua is a community event that combines living history performances, music, and audience participation into a one-of-a-kind cultural event.

Gather with family and friends as live music fills the air. Grab some food and drinks from our local vendors. Listen closely as talented performers appear on stage, bringing history to life through personal stories and detail. This enriching and delightfully entertaining experience is fun for the whole family.

Performers include Mark Twain, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, William Jennings Bryan, Booker T. Washington, and Mother Jones.

Share this page and the Facebook event page with your friends and family.  We can’t wait to see you there!
